Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputed university
∎ BBA/MBA major in Management/HRM is preferred
∎ Minimum CGPA must be 3:00 out of 4.00 in undergraduate level
∎ No 3rd division/class equivalent in any academic level
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish recruitment plans and strategies aligning with Company Manpower Plan
∎ Source and maintain appropriate talents against required skills and competency
∎ Organize & Coordinate pre-employment aptitude test/competency assessment and consequent setting the interview accordingly
∎ Coordinate Pre-employment Medical for new hires, co-work with HR Shared Service for Employee Verification and other relevant work
∎ Assist and coordinate new employee onboarding orientation, other documentation formalities
∎ Coordinate with new employees probation period and confirmation formalities
∎ Formulate plan and strategy for employee referral program (if required)
∎ Maintain talent acquisition process as per Samsung's systematic procedure while maintaining resource registration, recruiting and appointment
∎ Prepare and maintain various recruitment related databases as and when required
∎ Deliver relevant tasks as assigned by Management

∎ Development of recruitment strategies, criteria and have the talent source
∎ Understanding policies and laws related to recruitment
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Database Management
