Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputed university
∎ BBA/ MBA major in Management/HRM is preferred
∎ Minimum CGPA must be 3:00 out of 4.00 in undergraduate level
∎ No 3rd division/class equivalent in any academic level.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform the design and development of learning solutions, review and customization of external data, and management of development budget
∎ Conducting Organization wide Training Need Analysis & developing yearly training plan
∎ Perform the execution of learning solutions, facilitation, and presentation, and the analysis on methodology for internal/external course running
∎ Prepare the establishment of L&D strategy, annual operational plans, budget allocation, and KPI aligned to the business objectives and organizational competency management
∎ Design strategies for knowledge management resources, social learning initiatives/programs, and acceleration plans for building learning culture
∎ Conducting & facilitating internal/external various types of training as well workshop
∎ Preparing various types of training report, input data in Learning Management system
∎ Conducting Employee Competency test, maintaining track record, & support them for better career growth
∎ Co-work with Talent Acquisition team to conduct Pre-Employment test, maintain database.

∎ Development of L&D strategies and have training knowledge
∎ Understanding policies, procedure, & methods of L&D
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skill
