Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputed university
∎ Masters in HRM/Law is preferred
∎ Minimum CGPA must be 3:00 out of 4.00 in undergraduate level
∎ No 3rd division/class equivalent in any academic level.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maximize efficient utilization of human resources and motivating employees by establishing HR policies in compliance with company's business strategy and fairly operating those polices
∎ Ensure following of work practices and compliance in relevant with laws and regulations of People's Republic of Bangladesh
∎ Co-work with various internal teams/groups & liaise with various government & non-government agencies regarding various legal & compliance issues.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in a team and passion for learning & grow
∎ Understanding policies, procedure & issues of compliance
∎ Clear understanding of labor law of People's Republic of Bangladesh
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skill
∎ Database Management
∎ Work under deadline & pressure
∎ Practical experience in policy & compliance will be an added advantage
