• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Public Relations

• 1 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 25 to 50 years

• Lead Production units and Coordinate with IE-Team, SAP, Buyers and Local & Foreign Auditors.
• Monitor and maintain equipment functionality and production efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
• Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain departments.
• Conduct regular safety and hygiene audits on the production floor.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.
