Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the entire activities of the store
∎ Generate purchase requisition, receive raw materials, issue raw materials for production and issue finished goods for delivery.
∎ Monitor the unloading of raw materials and loading of finished goods and ensure that the goods are stored in proper condition with adequate safety.
∎ Maintain all receivable & issue document properly. Stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system. Bin Card use for each and every item.
∎ Maintain the safety of the store house. Responsible for safe custody and storage of inventory.
∎ Monitor & maintain store ledger, fixed asset register as well as software.
∎ Maintain FIFO/LIFO and smooth operation for product entry from suppliers, delivery to customers and returned products.
∎ Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
∎ Follow-up with the suppliers for day to day requirement, fixing the timing for issue and receiving the materials, Receiving Indents,
∎ Prepare monthly stock report (RM, Finished goods, Packing materials, Spare Parts etc.) and report to management on various issues related to stores
∎ Any other duties assign by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in software based store and Inventory management system
∎ Able to handle store people and can work under pressure
∎ Strong command in MS Excel and MS Word
Salary: Negotiable
