Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have Leadership quality to handle the staff/workers.
∎ Must have on basic IE tools and techniques in RMG industry.
∎ Must be proficient in managing a production block/line from sewing to shipment (Sewing, Quality, Finishing)
∎ •Must have all types of knit items (T-shirt, Polo shirt, Jacket, Pants, Trouser etc.) production management skills and ability to create layout.
∎ Must have the ability to produce quality garments while maintaining good relations with workers and achieve targets.
∎ Ability to promptly solve quality, machine related and various other issues during production
∎ Must be proficient in production planning and shipment closing
∎ Must have good knowledge of all types of finishing processes
∎ Must have thorough knowledge of all compliance related matters
∎ Must have knowledge on ERP system.
