Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate in details all food products preparation.
∎ To ensure that all set ups and prepared food presentations are up to agreed standards.
∎ Create recipes, costing and menu plan.
∎ Prepare ingredients and final Products.
∎ Teach other Chef to prepare same items.
∎ Ensure the production unit is clean and sanitized at all times.

∎ Age at most 40 years

∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure, Business Development or Operation Management, Should be proactive
