Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Financial Management: Oversee and manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
∎ Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, statements, and projections to the senior management team.
∎ Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
∎ Audit: Coordinate and manage external and internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
∎ Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts and finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
∎ Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of financial strategies to support organizational goals and growth.
∎ Cost Control: Monitor and control expenditures to optimize financial performance.
∎ Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders including investors, banks, and regulatory bodies
