Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the absenteeism of the responsible line.
∎ Check Manpower, Machine, and Material.
∎ Monitor and prepare the daily production pre-plan.
∎ Attend the morning meeting.
∎ Hourly production monitoring.
∎ Day to day problem solving.
∎ Check against the Plan Vs Actual.
∎ WIP controlOrder reconciliation.
∎ Absenteeism & turnover analysis to minimize.
∎ Skill gap identification & fulfill requirement.
∎ Participate in the PP meetings.
∎ Preparation for style changeover.
∎ Development of subordinates (line feeder, supervisor, Technician, etc.)
∎ Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting.

∎ Age 24 to 31 years
