• Only Male

• Applicants must have 7 to 10 years practical experience in similar position. Must have proper knowledge and experience to work with: PE PP, BOPP, HDPE poly, Corrugated Carton, Sewing Thread, Drawstring, Drawcord, Twill Tape, Grosgrain Tape, Jacquard Elastic, Plain Elastic, Gum Tape, Back Board, Neck Board, Collar Insert, Butterfly, Tissue Paper & Garments Accessories.

• Must be product costing and prepare quotation.

• Capable emailing to buyer.

• Hardworking, Proactive, Self-Responsible.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Well-Organized, Co-Operative.

• A good team player with a pleasant personality.

• Must have Computer skills.

• To manage the production and all the related activities/process and department as per planning.

• To follow up the implementation of work orders according the production and delivery plan.

• Create a database for each equipment separately, including a record of faults, maintenance expenses and spare parts used.

• Generate daily production report according to machine production capacity and worker efficiency analysis.

• Allocates day to day manpower for different functions on the production lines and solve any rising issues.

• Evaluate the section incharge performance.

• Provide supervisors and technicians with the information necessary to raise their technical and administrative competence.

• Follow up on raw materials stock and making sure purchase orders are done promptly.

• Interface with customers and suppliers, visits both as necessary.

• Ensures employees are properly trained in all aspects of their jobs to include safety, quality and production.

• Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
