• Only Male

• Applicant must have 3 to 7 years practical experience in similar position. Must have proper knowledge and experience to works with: Sewing Thread, Drawstring, Drawcord, Twill Tape, Grosgrain Tape, Jacquard Elastic, Plain Elastic, etc yarn dyeing.

• Having known about yarn, dyeing procedure & make sure samples as per buyer requirements based on above yarn.

• Knowledge about Yarn Dyeing-Quality parameters.

• Yarn Dyeing production (Cotton, Polyester, Nylon-Package, Muffs).

• Only those who meet the above requirements are requested to apply through email.

• Co-ordination with the planning department for the dyeing program.

• To set machine wise planning as per capacity and priority.

• Taking care of cotton & Polyester dyeing production.

• Taking care of quality checks of the dyed yarn, shade approval of yarn as well as the sewing thread.

• Ensure co-ordination with batch, dyeing, finishing, quality and delivery team.

• Follow up dyeing production as per daily target plan.

• Handled shade matching in lab and dyeing.

• Co-ordination with planning for the program and quality control dept. for testing of fastness properties.

• Taking care of testing of Rubbing, washing, Light and Perspiration fastness.

• Training of the workmen and supervisory staff on quality issues.

• Coordination with laboratory, sales and marketing departments for day-to-day production requirements and sampling activities.
