We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our team and lead our production facility to new heights of excellence.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Oversee the administrative activities of the production facility to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
∎ • Design and optimize the layout of the production floor for efficient production lines, from raw materials to packaged finished products.
∎ • Standardize the production process and create SOPs for each product line, ensuring adherence during production.
∎ • Lead product development and formalize step-by-step process parameters.
∎ • Establish and enforce quality parameters to ensure high-quality products.
∎ • Train the workforce in production processes, quality standards, safety, and hygiene requirements, maintaining these standards throughout operations.
∎ • Enhance factory operations for improved efficiency and optimized production costs.
∎ • Maintain production floor compliance standards for any buyer.
∎ • Develop labor management strategies and build strong relationships with workers to boost productivity and timely delivery.
∎ • Implement lean activities, time studies, motion studies, and other methods to increase productivity.
∎ • Conduct daily 5S audits.
∎ • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
