Master’s/Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Animal Science/Veterinary Science (DVM) preferred
Strong P&L orientation; target setting and territory planning
Data‑driven decision making and reporting (Excel/BI)
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Willing to travel across Bangladesh

Responsibilities & Context:
Own divisional sales & marketing strategy for Animal Health portfolio
Lead, coach and evaluate the sales & marketing team; set targets and drive performance
Plan product positioning, pricing, campaigns and launch plans for veterinary products
Develop distribution/channel strategy and key-account relationships (distributors, dealers, farms, hospitals)
Analyze market trends, competitor activity and farmer/doctor insights to drive growth
Plan annual/quarterly sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales & collection KPIs
Ensure compliance with regulatory and promotional guidelines for veterinary products
Coordinate cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, QA/RA, Production and Finance
