Job Context:
∎ RR Spinning & Cotton Mills Ltd. is a reputed 100% Export Oriented Cotton Yarn Manufacturing Spinning Mills located in Kalikapur, Salanga, Raiganj, Sirajganj is inviting application for Production Manager (Factory) from the deserving candidates.
∎ Job Location: Kalikapur, Salanga, Raiganj, Sirajganj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall In charge for Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering & Process excellence by ensuring process effectiveness and efficient in all Production area.
∎ Participate in formation of factory layout, manpower and material availability for capacity optimization Plan lay-outs of Workstation and new equipment/ machines as per Lean.
∎ Assist to analyze, control, and reduce cost and wastage effectively and efficiently.
∎ Daily/weekly/monthly/annual report of production unit/plant in the factory to the line
∎ Study the problems and obstacles that work in production and make a report regarding them to the line managers.
∎ Liaise with the Quality Assurance and Quality Control department to ensure product quality and specifications are consistent.
∎ Understand internal customer needs and take in execution through the team.
∎ Analyze and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or problems.
∎ Daily follow-up of production unit in the factory.
∎ Supervise the operations of manufacturing personnel to ensure a manufacturing process is within schedule.
∎ Monitor the production team to ensure operations comply with health and safety standards provide by the EHS department.
∎ Must have leadership qualities to guide how to optimize resources.
∎ Report producing for management.
∎ Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product.
∎ Handle urgent and critical situations.
∎ Inspect and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.
∎ Attempt to ensure the best possible QC practice and this is kept up to with industry standards. Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 Years Experience as a Production Manager in a Spinning Mill.
∎ Skill required: Production
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Good interpersonal skill and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English.
∎ Sound Computer knowledge i E-mail, Internet, word and excel is must.
∎ Technical knowledge in related machines and Production process.
∎ Able to work under pressure, team Work, negotiation skill.
∎ Managing ability with problem solving & analytically skills.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction required quality by visiting factories.
∎ Candidate with maintenance will be preferred.
