Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Organize and implement day to day factory production
∎ Increase production efficiency and maintaining current quality standard
∎ Responsible for production output and product quality.
∎ To oversee all daily operations of the production & adequate technical knowledge on feed plant..
∎ Capacity to organize production related human resource.
∎ Capacity to maintain product with the sense of cost reduction, recipe etc.
∎ Able to make production plan according to the need of marketing department.
∎ To deliver finished product on time with acceptable quality.
∎ To manage worker for ensuring smooth productivity.
∎ To lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero Non Conformity.
∎ Any other works as per instruction by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literate
∎ Professional/ Technical qualification:Technical knowledge in Feed Mill
∎ Must have 'CAN DO' Aptitude.
