Sound knowledge of Business of Poultry, Cattel and Aqua development and Marketing tools and process.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context: Major subject name: Marketing/Management
Responsibilities:
- Identify and select suitable dealers as per territory coverage plans.
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the territory
- Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the territory.
- Organizing the sales team, monitoring & controlling.
