Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of related machinery, paper and board, offset printing, packaging, CTP, lamination, foil stamping, die-cutting, and binding.

• Knowledge of Met Pet Printing (metalized printing) is preferred.

• Basic computer operating skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sheet offset printing, lamination, foil stamping, die-cutting, and binding processes.

• Coordinate with the design, CTP, and production teams to ensure high-quality output.

• Establish and monitor quality control procedures at every stage, from pre-press to final production.

• Review artwork, specifications, printing materials, and feasibility before production.

• Collaborate with the project head to meet deadlines while maintaining consistent quality standards.

• Troubleshoot technical issues in pre-press and during the production process.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies regarding safety, quality, and efficiency.
