Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and direct movements towards fabric department to meet daily production target in sewing section.
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment trough balancing of skilled workers.
∎ Ensure the production capacity, quality and timing as per buyer’s requirements.
∎ Monitor smooth operations from fabric to shipment.
∎ Set the sewing layout as per SMV and effort to increase production efficiency.
∎ Communicate and follow up with cross functional departments.
∎ Able to understand technical file, PP comments and implementations in work place.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind wastage like rejection, alteration, and high efficiency.
∎ Monitor and ensure minimum DHU, migration and production faults.
∎ Ensure proper training programs to increase efficiency of the workers and minimize unexpected absenteeism.
∎ Maintain relation and follow up with cross functional departments.
