• B.sc /M Sc. in Agriculture from any reputed University.

• Should have Knowledge in OP Rice Seed Production

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age 35 to 40 years
• Only Male

• have previous experience in OP rice production

• have previous experience of obtaining license for new products from the Ministry of Agriculture

• be able to work with colleagues from various background and ages

• Market Research

• Brand Promotion

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email,

• Able to meet deadlines

• Reasonable oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise production of OP rice

• Maintain accounts of production and inventory

• Manage officers` expense

• Plan and forecast upcoming production

• Manage relationship with contract growers

• Conduct research and survey for local production of new products
