∎ B.Sc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from any public University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main responsibility is to lead Fan production and assembling team
∎ To monitor day to day activities of fan production
∎ Make proper production planning according to production demand
∎ Set manpower and machineries in planned and organized way to achieve maximum output with minimum manpower.
∎ Coordination and cooperation with linked department for proper synchronization of activity
∎ To ensure proper stock of all production accessories and materials, packaging materials etc
∎ Maintain and record the stock of accessories, all kinds of production materials and packaging materials.
∎ Communicate with suppliers to ensure on time availability of all production materials.
∎ Develop new suppliers of accessories and materials
∎ Develop production process to reduce wastage and increase production quantity.
∎ Always think analytically to ensure continuous improvement in production process for attaining maximum efficiency
∎ To monitor and guide quality team to ensure product quality
∎ To monitor and guide store team for keeping products in good condition and with proper housekeeping.
∎ Record production data and synchronize production data with all store materials
∎ Train production people continuously to get better output from them gradually
∎ Control and monitor inventory and stock of finished goods, raw materials and accessories
∎ Report and update to management time to time about production data
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years in any electric fan manufacturing company
∎ Those who are experienced in plastic fan manufacturing company will be given priority
∎ Computer Skills: Must be fluent in the use of MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point
