Educational Requirements:
∎ B.sc/Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from any public University
∎ Educational qualification can be relaxed for experienced people in relevant field

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main responsibility is to ensure quality of products
∎ To identify defects of products in running production
∎ Organize and measure data of defects and show the result as a report
∎ To analyze QC data in chart and excel file and make summary of QC data
∎ Analyze root cause of the defects and take action to solve through communication with relevant department and production manager
∎ Perform QC tests to ensure damaged/defective product is not delivered to customer
∎ To Visit customer and market to see the on-site damages and defects physically
∎ Besides product quality he/she must ensure quality of accessories and packaging materials as well.
∎ Develop QC procedures and QCC according to product nature and shape
∎ Implement 6 sigma analysis to control and reduce defects
∎ Make quality report of new developed products
∎ Record and store quality report for future reference
∎ Train production people to understand basic quality parameters
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by production manager and top management

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4years in any electric fan manufacturing company
∎ Those who are experienced in quality inspection of plastic fan manufacturing company will be given priority
∎ Must be fluent in the use of MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point
