∎ BBA/MBA in accounts/Finance from any Universities/College

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make product costing and update costing time to time
∎ To manage and maintain all kinds of bill in factory through proper approval of management
∎ To make price declaration of new products
∎ Maintain and manage all others accounts related activities as assigned by management
∎ Perform all vat related activities as mentioned below:
∎ To prepare Monthly Tax Challan and Deposit Process.
∎ To Prepare/Collection of certified copy, other documents relating to Tax matters.
∎ To Prepare tax return under section 108 of income tax ordinance 1984.
∎ To Prepare withholding Tax Return.
∎ To Preparing Tax Assessment Related Documents.
∎ Tax & VAT related correspondence with Tax & VAT office.
∎ To ensure the compliance of tax related rules & regulation properly.
∎ To Ensure proper preparation and submission of Tax
∎ To Submission of Yearly Tax Return of each unit concerns to Tax authority with proper documentations.
∎ To Maintain all level of communication with the local Income Tax Office as well as custom office,
∎ VAT commissioner, Division office, Circle office, Custom intelligence office etc.
∎ To prepare & maintain all VAT related register as per VAT law like Mushak 6.1, Mushak 6.2,
∎ Mushak 6.2.1, 6.4, 6.5, 6.7, 6.8 & 6.10
∎ To maintain VAT Chalan or Mushak 6.3 on daily basis.
∎ To assist in making Input-Output Coefficient or Mushak 4.3 and submitting to VAT office.
∎ To maintain communication with the VAT Commissioner, Division office & Circle office.
∎ To assist in calculation of vat deduction at source (VDS) and issuance of certificate or Mushak
∎ of Thereon.
∎ To assist in preparing VAT return or Mushak 9.1 and submitting to VAT authority on timely manner.
∎ To responsible for the departmental administrative tasks.
∎ To assist in making various report like VAT audit.
∎ To Prepare TDS & VDS certificates (Mushak- 6.6) and provide to vendors.
∎ To Ensure submission of Income Tax & VAT returns in due time along with the required documents.
∎ To maintain Export & Import purpose all L/C, BB L/C, PI, Invoice, realize value, C&F bills check
∎ To Assist HOD to handle VAT & Income Tax related work of the company.
∎ To monitor monthly TDS/VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ To Assist HOD to submit monthly VAT return to the concern VAT authority.
∎ To provide TDS & VDS certificates against deduction from parties.
∎ To Assist HOD to ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax Law and VAT Act.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-5 years’ experience in any plastic/FMCG manufacturing company
∎ Must be fluent in the use of MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point
∎ Must be able to run accounts related software
