Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Operate plastic injection molding machine
∎ To load and unload molds in injection molding machine
∎ Setting parameters in machine to make good products
∎ Modify and repair products by adjusting parameters
∎ To understand basic quality parameters of products
∎ Perform duty in a shift and take responsibility of shift
∎ To understand machine and mold defects and solve problems
∎ Train and educate other junior operators to run machine efficiently
∎ Record the production data and report to production manager
∎ Perform trouble shooting of machine and do preventive maintenance of machine

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-6 years in any Plastic goods manufacturing company
∎ Having experience in plastic fan manufacturing companies will be an added advantage
∎ Must be fluent in the use of MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point
