Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Production Managers to drive the success of effective production, and control process condition of products, keep quality. An ideal candidate is an exemplary team leader, is very strategic and has experience driving growth.Job Responsibilities:-
∎ Keep productivity of process (Dish Washing Liquid, Toothbrush), Based on technical standard
∎ Trouble shooting of process to resume products
∎ Keep quality control (include trouble shooting against out of specification)
∎ Create mid-term strategy for production
∎ Manage the production budget (Control cost of good also)
∎ Keep Maintenance plan with related person to prevent breakdown
∎ Good communication skill in both Bengali and English
