Job Context:
∎ Nine 2 Nine Intimates Limited (A Sister Concern Of Yunusco Group). Is a well reputed & diversified business conglomerates in Garment manufacturing, exporting, is currently going through a major expansion in its production as Garment items and is looking for a seasoned professional for the position of Production Manager.
∎ The talented incumbent that we are looking for will be primarily responsible for production.
∎ Supervise and coordinate activities production related works for Garments. Must be able to deal with production area.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicant must have the experience to handle renowned buyers.
∎ To monitor production target every hour of a day.
∎ Report Production Head about daily & total production status according to order and style.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To check layout plan in order to achieve maximum production.
∎ To keep close eyes for achieving production targets in order to implement the production schedule.
∎ To inform higher authorities immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
∎ If a failure to achieve production targets without logical reason so to want an explanation from APM/In-charge and take necessary action immediately.
∎ To keep the responsible area neat, clean and in hygienic condition.
∎ To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training programs.
∎ To follow the principle of cost minimizing.
∎ Ensure the good quality of the products
∎ The applicant should implement modern production system and should have sound knowledge in machine layout and cost effective system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill
Salary: Negotiable
