Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and organizing production schedule.
∎ Assessing project and resource requirement.
∎ Determining quality control standards.
∎ Overseeing production process.
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
∎ Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
∎ Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
∎ Monitor production to resolve issues.
∎ Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
∎ Ensure output meets quality standards.
∎ Define, propose and implement the annual production.
∎ Cost management of products and assist with new product costings models.
∎ Ensuring the satisfactory level of production and meets the production goal as per production capacity.
∎ Take care of technical issue & solve the problem.
∎ Supervising the overall activities of the production area.
∎ Enforce health and safety precautions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Deep knowledge of production management.
∎ Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
∎ Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and software.
∎ Outstanding communication ability.
∎ Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
