Responsibilities & Context:
- Coordinate with CAD, Cutting, Pattern and Merchandising teams for smooth workflow.
- Allocate manpower and machines based on style priority and planning.
- Ensure samples are sewn as per tech pack, quality, and buyer requirements with production feasibility.
- Track sample status, control rework, and meet critical deadlines.
- Supervise and guide sample sewing operators.
- To develop sample as per buyer requirement based on artwork and provide necessary support.
- To conduct risk assessments for each style and arrange review meetings.
- To review & analyses Tech Pack & guideline relevant team to do their task easily.
- Ensure Dummy Fitting Photo as per MER/ Customer Requirement.
- Any other task assigned by management
