Experience:

- Ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure
- Strong focus on quality, efficiency, and time management

Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily production plans
- Lead and supervise the production team to meet targets
- Ensure proper use of raw materials, machinery, and other resources
- Maintain strict compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely solutions
- Monitor production data, prepare reports, and maintain documentation
