Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement complete and effective advertising funnels for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram as well as Google Ads and YouTube Ads.

  • Create multi-channel marketing strategies, budget planning and daily campaign monitoring and optimization.

  • Regularly analyze and report data using Google Analytics and other analytical tools.

  • Make data-driven decisions to reduce CPA and ensure the most accurate use of marketing budget.

  • Plan ad content and copywriting in collaboration with the creative team according to campaign needs.

  • Work on the growth of all our social media channels.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Other.

  • Training on advanced web analytics (Google Tag Manager and server-side tracking).

  • Courses or workshops on sales funnel building and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Training on data visualization is preferred.

  • Understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Facebook Pixel and CAPI setup via GTM/Step, CRM integration.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Expert in the food manufacturing industry.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Must have practical experience managing high-budget campaigns on both Facebook and Google.

  • Strong knowledge of online event tracking, pixel setup, and CRM integration is mandatory.

  • Ability to differentiate between boosting and performance marketing.

  • Excellent understanding of funnels and customer psychology.

  • Strong analytical skills to make quick decisions based on real-time data.
