Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive finished products and update stock records accurately
- Manage daily dispatch and ensure proper delivery documentation
- Maintain organized storage and ensure products are properly labeled
- Monitor stock levels, prepare stock reports, and prevent shortages or overstock
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods follow company procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order within the godown
- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations
