Responsibilities & Context:

• Plan, manage, and supervise all kind of showroom operations effectively.

• Ensure achievement of sales targets and implement strategies to increase sales.

• Monitor daily sales performance and provide necessary guidance to the team.

• Supervise, assign duties, and evaluate performance of showroom staff.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Maintain proper product display, visual merchandising, and showroom cleanliness.

• Manage stock, inventory, and ensure timely replenishment of products.

• Identify expired, damaged, or slow-moving items and take appropriate actions.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.

• Handle cash transactions, billing, and ensure accurate financial records.

• Ensure security and safety of showroom assets and handle unexpected situations.

• Analyze market trends and customer demand to identify new sales opportunities.

• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

• Assist in promotional and marketing activities when required.
