  • Familiarity with legal document formats and ability to draft or review standard commercial agreements

  • Outstanding written English — clear, professional, and concise across all formats

  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing high volumes of correspondence and documentation

  • Discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail are non-negotiable in this role



Responsibilities & Context:

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a meticulous and highly skilled Documentation & Communications Specialist to support the sales division across all documentation, presentation, and professional communication needs. This person will be the backbone of how we present ourselves — internally and externally — ensuring everything we produce is polished, accurate, and impactful.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage high-quality presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for pitches, reviews, and stakeholder meetings

  • Draft, review, and manage legal and commercial documentation including contracts, agreements, MoUs, and NDAs

  • Handle professional email management across all projects — drafting, responding to, and organizing correspondence

  • Maintain structured documentation systems and version control for all project files

  • Proofread and quality-check all outgoing communications and documents for accuracy and consistency

  • Support cross-functional teams in meeting documentation, minutes, and follow-up action tracking
