Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a well-connected and persuasive Sponsorship personnel who can build and maintain year-round corporate partnerships. This individual will be the primary driver of brand sponsorship revenues — leveraging a strong professional network to attract and retain high-value sponsors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, approach, and secure corporate sponsors for year-round branding and event-based sponsorship opportunities
Leverage an existing network of corporate contacts and decision-makers to fast-track partnership discussions
Prepare compelling sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and supporting research materials
Negotiate sponsorship agreements and manage end-to-end documentation for all partnerships
Maintain a live pipeline and deliver regular reporting on sponsorship revenue and forecasts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sponsor deliverables and brand visibility are fulfilled
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated ability to independently close sponsorship or partnership deals
Strong existing network of corporate contacts across relevant industries
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in preparing research reports, presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides), and legal documentation
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
