• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Group of Companies

• Age At least 20 years

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (Pivot, formulas, dashboard etc).

• Analytical mindset.

• Preferred experience in MIS/reporting role.

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reporting performance data (marketing, social media, and revenue) for all brands under centralized management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare consolidated MIS reports for all brands.

• Track social media KPIs (engagement, reach, leads, conversions).

• Track revenue KPIs and sales performance.

• Monitor marketing spend vs revenue performance.

• Develop dashboard for management overview.

• Prepare weekly, half-monthly, and monthly performance summaries.

• Coordinate with brand teams to collect required data on time.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Timely submission of MIS reports.

• Accuracy of data reporting.

• Clear and actionable insights for management.
