• Age 30 to 40 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inspection, Floor/ Line Management, Planning etc.

• Incumbent should have working experience as a Production Manager from any reputed Garment/ Apparel industry.

• Applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Line Balance Method.

• He/ She should be capable to operate emails and able to produce necessary production related reports.

• Should have garment related compliance.

• Responsible for all activities from cutting to shipment.

• Implement processes to improve efficiency.

• Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL required by buyer.

• Manage the Sewing department of a woven Garment unit.

• Identify production line blockages and take necessary steps to solve them.

• Identify causes and actionable steps to improve product quality.

• Handle all kind of worker/labor related issues according Labor Law.

• Responsible for handle, Sewing there of 10 Lines of Total 500 Machines independently.

• Have sound knowledge of audit requirements as per Factory Compliance.

• Bound by the terms and condition, policies, rule and regulations of Company or any new terms & conditions, polices, rules and regulations that become in future.
