∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare production schedule in collaboration with the FG Store & Sales Department.
∎ To monitor and control all production processes from RM store to FG Store.
∎ To monitor production target every hour of a day.
∎ Report factory head about daily & total production status according to order and demand.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work, and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To check to lay out a plan in order to achieve maximum production.
∎ To keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
∎ To inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
∎ If failure to achieve production target without logical reason so to want explanation from In-charge/Line-chief and take necessary action immediately.
∎ Ensure regular reporting on Batch wise production & items wise consume quantity to complete the batch.
∎ To follow the principle of cost-minimizing.
∎ Ensure the good quality of the products
∎ To keep the responsible area neat, clean, and in hygienic condition.
∎ Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-8 years experience in the relevant fields. Foods, Spices & Bakery sector is highly recommended.
∎ Applicants should have Skills on MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point.
