∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan for smooth distribution operation to ensure minimum distribution cost.
∎ Supervise all depots and ensure proper delivery as per requirement.
∎ Manage the scheduling, routing, and control of all delivery activities.
∎ Responsible for truck leasing, maintenance, and safety as well as related record keeping functions.
∎ Manage the control, condition and security of inventory including its proper storage, handling, disposal, transferring, and cleaning and repairing.
∎ Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of depot activities with activities of other functions.
∎ Prepare accurate documents and reports as required
∎ Maintain Inventory based on requisition for purchase, issue receives and stock store.
∎ Keep all the records in the ledger books against receive, daily issue as well as balance.
∎ Prepare monthly Finished Goods report for every item record keeping on lager book.
∎ Must maintain the FIFO in FG store.
∎ Have an experience to control Raw & Packaging materials store.
∎ Control issue, entry books & make PR . Monitoring Pest Control in store.
∎ Maintain Daily, Weekly & Monthly report.
∎ Any other responsibilities vested by higher authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4-6 years experience in the relevant fields.
∎ Applicants should have Skills on MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point.
