Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setup SKU-wise national sales target and find out focus on priority brands/ products.
∎ Collect analytical reports of national sales, delivery, and shortfall review analysis with team members & management.
∎ Analyze Sales data thereby forecasting sales & setting quarterly, half-yearly & yearly targets for the field force.
∎ Collect the latest market information from SM, ZSM, ASM & other sources. And try to solve the market & Distributors/Dealers' problems.
∎ Increase Coverage through proper sales planning & proper team guidelines with clear timelines.
∎ Increase SR, ASM, ZSM, RSM & Dealer productivity as per monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
∎ Prepare a sales budget & assist in creating a sales plan for a new perspective product.
∎ Cooperate to prepare budget & re-forecast financial operation of the company.
∎ Develop policy to ensure an increase the sales revenue month to month.
∎ Maintain accurate cost and sales information.
∎ Present monthly sales report & share next month's sales plan to management.
∎ Ensure Zone-wise profitability.
∎ Plan, Organize, implement & monitor sales activities & achieve sales targets.
∎ Formulate agenda of monthly sales meeting & evaluate sales forces performance.
