Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect order sheet, layout & approval through mail or WOS and arrange for production.
∎ Calculate materials consumption like Ribbon, Yarn, Paper, Ink, Block etc. for production purpose & make sure minimum production wastage.
∎ Prepare daily production plan & share with team to maintain the work schedules achieve the daily production target.
∎ Supervise every step of manufacturing to ensure the maximum output from team & update the sheet accordingly.
∎ Candidate must have adequate knowledge about the material, costing & production process like Woven, PFL, Offset, Thermal etc.
∎ Also, monitor the product development process & find out the difficulties during development to overcome the issues on bulk.
∎ Update daily production status to management & maintain the well communication with other department like CS/PD/Distribution.
∎ Any other task assigns by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Knowledge on Woven Label, Printed Label & offset Print is a must.
∎ Experience in Garments Accessories/ Trimmings will be given preference.
∎ Pleasant personality.
∎ Hardworking.
∎ Analytical ability.
∎ Computer Knowledge is a must (Ms-word, Ms- excel, Internet browsing & Email).
∎ Fluency in speaking & written English will be treated as an extra advantage.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
