Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect order/ booking sheets (from e-mail), layout/ artwork & approved/ original label for arrange production.
∎ Calculate and arrange materials (Ribbon, Yarn, Paper, Ink, Block etc.) for production purpose.
∎ Supervise every step of manufacturing of product to ensure safety, quality & productivity.
∎ Make plane and established work schedules and production sequence to meet production goal.
∎ Artwork checking
∎ Make price quotation for submitted buyer. (Hangtag, Care Label, woven label)
∎ Knowledge of material cost on yarn, paper, ribbon, ink etc.
∎ Develop sample for buyer approval.
∎ To inform the higher management about daily total production status and maintain production records.
∎ Communicate with all overseas office.
∎ Have the capacity to handle different audit (FSC, GRS etc.)
∎ Any other task assigns by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Knowledge on Woven Label, Printed Label & offset Print is a must.
∎ Experience in Garments Accessories/ Trimmings will be given preference.
∎ Pleasant personality.
∎ Hardworking.
∎ Analytical ability.
∎ Computer Knowledge is a must (Ms-word, Ms- excel, Internet browsing & Email).
∎ Fluency in speaking & written English will be treated as an extra advantage.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
