Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve and exceed production targets within specified timelines.
∎ Oversee production operations to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
∎ Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product standards.
∎ Identify, assess, and mitigate safety hazards to promote a secure work environment.
∎ Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.
∎ Investigate production issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
∎ Efficiently allocate labor and materials to maximize production output.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
