Experience:
Experience in B2B negotiations, group booking management, and supplier coordination.
Strong knowledge of Hajj and Umrah procedures, as well as international travel regulations.
Knowledge of online booking platforms and digital marketing strategies for religious travel services is also preferable.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with religious leaders, clients, airlines, and suppliers.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Fluent in English and Bangla; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

The Manager, Hajj & Umrah Services is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Hajj and Umrah service offerings. This includes maintaining relationships with religious leaders, managing group bookings, liaising with airlines, accommodation providers, and transportation services, as well as providing continuous support for Hajj and Umrah groups. The position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as an in-depth understanding of the religious travel industry.
