Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and monitor cutting operations on a PO-wise basis to meet production plans and specifications.
∎ Ensure timely availability of input materials for each PO, coordinating with sourcing and inventory teams.
∎ Track production output to ensure alignment with quality and quantity targets.
∎ Supervise the packing process, ensuring accurate PO-wise labelling, tagging, and packaging.
∎ Conduct quality inspections at various stages to maintain product standards and identify issues.
∎ Maintain detailed records of cutting, input, output, packing, and inspection activities for each PO.
∎ Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to address any discrepancies or delays.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry regulations in all operational stages.
∎ Generate regular reports on PO-wise production progress and share updates with management
