Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC/Honors/Masters.
∎ HSC passed candidate have to 15 years' experience of Jute product manufacturing.
∎ Graduate candidates have to 10 years' experience (15 year is preferable) of Jute product manufacturing.

Job Context:
∎ BKY Jute Mills Ltd., is a full fledge manufacturing company located at Kolabaria, Shitakundo, Chattogram.
∎ The purpose of Production and QC Manager is to provide strategic and tactical leadership in a skilled area of works which involve the production and QC related works of modern Jute Mills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced and technical know-how to set up and run modern jute products manufacturing machineries.
∎ With proven leadership skill for people management and know how to handle production issues with workers.
∎ Experienced in a fast pace high volume jute production for at least 10-15 years.
∎ Oversee the daily operation of factory floors with effective communication and coordination skill with related department/section.
∎ A championed for production planning, organizing, directing and running the optimum capacity of the factory on daily basis.
∎ Accountability for production output, product quality and timely production and on time delivery based on production planning.
∎ Manage the whole production process including machine maintenance and improvement.
∎ Directly lead workers & mid management for training and planning improvement.
∎ Have demonstrated capability for efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
∎ Know how to prepare production and delivery schedule per line in collaboration with the planning department & section technicians. Expertise in production load management and line balancing as per buyer style requirement.
∎ With technical sound knowledge on production quality adherence based on buyer requirements and factory quality expectation in coordination with quality department.
∎ Recommend any line improvement as necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ The applicants having experience in the following areas will be preferred: Working in Export-Import oriented entities, working in Jute product manufacturing enterprises.
∎ Candidate having multiple language skill will be highly appreciated.
Salary: Negotiable
