∎ BBA/MBA in Major Human Resources Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare corporate calendar and budget for insurance, business card, stationery items, printing items, mailing items, ID card, etc
∎ Maintain attendance and leave management record by using "Kormee Software"
∎ Keeping up to date of all the employees file
∎ Preparation of appointment and separation documents and payment benefit
∎ Salary processing & bonus payment
∎ Compliance reporting with regulatory bodies
∎ Organization Structuring and Planning
∎ Maintain manpower planning, budgeting
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ No experience required but experienced candidate will be preferred
∎ Fluent in English language
∎ The applicants having experience of using "Kormee software" will be preferred
∎ The applicants having experience in the following areas will be preferred:
∎ Working in Export-Import oriented entities.
∎ Candidate having multiple language skill will be highly appreciated
Salary: Negotiable
