Job Summary:
LIVE Shopping is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager who will oversee the full product lifecycle based on real-time customer demand. This role is key to ensuring that the right products are developed, sourced, and circulated — driven by data from digital, online, and offline teams. The Product Manager will lead a dedicated team, handle supplier coordination, and work closely with the CEO to optimize product offerings, circulation, and pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand-Based Planning
Collect and analyze product demand data from:
Digital Marketing Team (ad response, trend data)
Online Sales Team (ecommerce reports, customer feedback)
Offline Retail Team (store-level demand and sales insights)
Translate data into demand-based product development and supply plans.
Product Development & Team Leadership
Lead a team of product developers, merchandisers, and sourcing personnel.
Finalize designs, materials, and product specs based on market insights.
Ensure alignment of product range with brand direction and seasonal requirements.
Sourcing & Supply Management
Identify and manage local and international suppliers or production partners.
Oversee costing, quality control, and timely procurement of raw materials and finished goods.
Coordinate with factories and internal teams for delivery timelines and inventory levels.
Product Circulation & Pricing
Ensure timely product movement across outlets and ecommerce channels.
Set pricing strategies aligned with cost, customer value perception, and market trends.
Work with Finance and CEO to ensure profitability and scalability.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Sync with:
CEO & Top Management for strategic approvals
Marketing Team for product storytelling and campaign alignment
Inventory and Fulfillment Teams for stock management
Retail Managers for real-time customer feedback
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and present weekly product status reports, demand forecasts, pricing updates, and supply chain health to the CEO and top leadership.
