- Age 22 to 45 years
Strong knowledge of Buyer QA Standards, AQL, QMS, ISO, and lab test parameters
Experience in QC team management and leadership
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
Responsibilities & Context:
Live Shopping is seeking experienced and leadership-oriented QC professionals to strengthen and manage the overall Quality Assurance system.
Job Location: Factory / Office
Job Responsibilities:
Implement and control quality standards for products and processes
Product quality check,vendor connection smoothing.
Ensure Buyer QA Standards, AQL, Lab Testing, and Fabric Performance
Conduct Inline, End-line, and Final Quality Inspections
Lead, train, and supervise the QC team
Monitor QMS, defect trends, and production floor quality
Coordinate with Buyers, Compliance, and Audit teams
Reduce rejection, wastage, and manage quality claims
Follow up on knitting, dyeing, and bulk production quality
