• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including churn and LTV analysis.

• Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, and Power BI).

• Experience with CRM automation, integrations, and data synchronization.

• Operational excellence in campaign QA, documentation, and data hygiene.

• Budget management and vendor management experience.

• Experience managing 24/7 or shift-based teams.

• E-commerce and F-commerce experience; lifestyle brand experience preferred.

• Ability to mentor fresher team members.

• Data-driven and analytical mindset.

Duty Time: 10 Hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute online customer relationship strategies to boost loyalty and lifetime value.

• Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and data to identify trends, reduce churn, and uncover upsell opportunities.

•Plan, launch, and optimize targeted campaigns with clear objectives and measurable KPIs.

•Segment customers and create personas for personalized engagement.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align strategies.

• Ensure high-quality customer service across all digital touchpoints.

• Manage CRM platforms (Meta, Live Chat, and Inbound/Outbound systems), including automation, integration, and data hygiene.

•Train and support internal teams on CRM tools and best practices.

•Monitor and report on engagement, campaign performance, churn, and customer lifetime value.

• Oversee CRM budget and manage vendor relationships for maximum ROI.

• Lead a 24-hour operational CRM team, ensuring productivity and quality.
