∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in motorcycle or FMCG industry.
∎ Shown success in crafting marketing or promotion plans.
∎ Knowledge of wide variety of marketing methods - Grassroots marketing etc.
∎ Strategic thinking & high social skill. Strong planning & presentation skill.
∎ This position may require frequent travel and ability to multitask and work with cross functional team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and market needs.
∎ Market Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
∎ Product Planning: Define product requirements, features, and roadmaps based on prioritized needs and resource constraints.
∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive product development and ensure successful execution.
∎ Product Development: Lead the product development process, including defining user stories, overseeing design and development sprints, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
∎ Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer communications.
∎ Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics, analyze data, and iterate on the product based on insights to drive continuous improvement.
∎ Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, progress, and updates effectively to stakeholders across the organization, including executives, team members, and external partners.
∎ Customer Focus: Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and pain points to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction.
∎ Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges to the product's success and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the supervisor.
