Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis, users’ feedback, and business objectives.
∎ Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including executives, customers, users, sales, marketing, engineering, and design teams, to prioritize features and enhancements and drive alignment on product priorities.·
∎ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
∎ Assessing current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation of our existing product.
∎ Gather and prioritize product requirements, create detailed user stories, and define acceptance criteria to guide product development efforts.·
∎ Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, iterating and optimizing based on data-driven insights
∎ Serve as a product evangelist, communicating product updates, benefits, and roadmap to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.·
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SaaS product management, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
∎ Collaborating closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and balance resources to ensure success of the product.
∎ Identifying potential risks and challenges that can hamper product’s development and provisioning for it to maintain sustainability.
∎ Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features, maintaining a balance between innovation, time-to-market, and technical feasibility.
∎ Job Specification:
∎ Educational Qualification:
∎ Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Required
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience, where 5 years experienced should be in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful SaaS products or platforms.
∎ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
∎ Passion for innovation, user experience, and delivering exceptional value to customers.
∎ Other Requirements:
∎ Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products·
∎ Deep understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and software development processes.
∎ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
